Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition and implementation of ISO 19650 information management frameworks across major infrastructure programmes.
  • •Interface directly with senior client stakeholders and digital delivery teams to align strategic objectives.
  • •Establish quality management systems and governance processes for digital information delivery.
  • •Represent AECOM at senior stakeholder meetings and industry forums as a thought leader in digital infrastructure delivery.
  • •Oversee BIM/Information Management tracks including CDE configuration, BIM Execution Plans, and alignment with EIR requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in information management roles on major infrastructure programmes, with demonstrable client-side and consultant delivery experience.
  • •Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline.
  • •Expertise in ISO 19650 framework implementation, including document authoring, and CDE management across complex programmes.
  • •Advanced knowledge of digital engineering solutions, including BIM, GIS integration, 4D/5D methodologies, and emerging digital technologies.
  • •Proven track record in Common Data Environment platform implementation (Autodesk ACC, SharePoint, others) with enterprise-level system integration experience.
