Key Responsibilities

•Deliver cybersecurity solutions using appropriate development methodologies while incorporating operational security into design, development, and testing.
•Lead and contribute to high-assurance code delivery through constructive peer review and collaborative knowledge sharing.
•Design, develop, test, and document software in line with business and industry best practices, leveraging continuous integration where appropriate.
•Identify security flaws during solution design and implementation and help define mitigations.
•Embrace emerging technologies and trends while assessing associated risks and communicating technical topics to diverse audiences.

Key Requirements

•Deliver solutions using development methodologies while factoring operational security into system design, development, and testing.
•Familiarity with development tools and techniques such as IDEs, debuggers, source control, unit testing, mocking, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
•Understand high-assurance development principles and the importance of IT security for companies and governments.
•Proficiency with at least one solution language (e.g., C++, Java, C#) and one utility language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Perl, PowerShell).
•Experience mentoring others and/or leading technical tasks, with strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
