Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, including schedule basis, assumptions, exclusions, and coding structures.
  • •Establish and manage schedule baselines aligned with contract requirements and project controls standards.
  • •Perform CPM analysis and continuously monitor critical and near-critical activities.
  • •Conduct delay analysis, impact assessments, and evaluate schedule changes and claims.
  • •Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports and lead schedule review workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC, industrial construction, semiconductor fabs, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial or relevant discipline).
  • •Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • •Experience performing Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
  • •Certification in Project Planning / Project Management (Primavera P6, PMP, PSP, or equivalent) is preferred.
