Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex security, compliance, and risk reviews for strategic accounts across AMER and LACA.
  • •Present Salesforce’s security architecture, controls, and compliance posture to executives through briefings, workshops, and conferences.
  • •Partner with Legal and Privacy teams on security and privacy contractual requirements; guide Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success on questionnaires, audits, and escalations.
  • •Develop customer-facing security documentation and enablement materials.
  • •Synthesize customer feedback into recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Security teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, risk management, or compliance in a global enterprise or cloud/SaaS environment.
  • •Significant experience working with enterprise customers on complex security, compliance, privacy, or risk matters, including presenting to CISOs, CIOs, and executives.
  • •Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS security architecture, identity and access management, data protection, and frameworks including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and executive audiences.
  • •Relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or an equivalent cloud/security credential (required or preferred as stated).
