Job Summary

Participate in a structured 12-month Manager in Training (MIT) program to develop into future operations leaders. You’ll rotate through plant operations and live production, learn departmental processes and performance standards, and apply skills to improve products and services based on internal and external customer feedback. Partner with experienced leadership, follow the LEAP philosophy for principled decisions, set measurable goals, and support a zero-accident safety culture while working in assigned departments.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn day-to-day operations by working under functional managers/mentors and through hands-on experience across assigned departments.

•Identify improvement opportunities, determine root causes, suggest solutions, and work with departments to implement lasting remedies.
•Partner with experienced leadership to lead and direct day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
•Follow and ensure others follow safety initiatives and perform additional assigned duties.

•College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) or completed by the MIT start date.
•Must be able to relocate within the company geographic footprint.
•0-5 years of experience.
•Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
•Wear required protective equipment in areas where mandatory.
