Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute an HSE compliance strategy covering Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory requirements at all business locations.
  • •Drive injury reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
  • •Improve environmental and sustainability performance, including permits, waste management, wastewater compliance, energy use, and GHG reduction.
  • •Lead execution of the IA HSE vision and mission by deploying the HSE Management System.
  • •Reduce site risk through self-assessments and audits, gembas, and agency/third-party inspections; support continuous improvement through reviews and visits.

Key Requirements
