Job Summary

Lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) continuous improvement for the Industrial Automation (IA) team as part of the IA HSE Leadership Team. Own HSE compliance strategy across Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory requirements, drive injury reduction through culture and behaviors, improve environmental and sustainability performance, and deploy the HSE Management System through audits, reviews, and site support. Manage and mentor HSE professionals across manufacturing business enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an HSE compliance strategy covering Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory requirements at all business locations.
•Drive injury reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
•Improve environmental and sustainability performance, including permits, waste management, wastewater compliance, energy use, and GHG reduction.
•Lead execution of the IA HSE vision and mission by deploying the HSE Management System.
•Reduce site risk through self-assessments and audits, gembas, and agency/third-party inspections; support continuous improvement through reviews and visits.

•Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or related technical field.
