Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms (access control, intercom, video management, visitor management, AI/analytics tools) across all Anthropic locations.
  • •Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing and validation of security applications, hardware, firmware, and system configurations.
  • •Define installation standards, configuration baselines, licensing structures, update procedures, and maintenance requirements for deployed security platforms.
  • •Deploy and validate integrations between security applications (including correct data sharing) and coordinate SSO integration with Identity Management and IT.
  • •Develop standardized deployment playbooks and handoff documentation, evaluate scalability and failure risks, and onboard deployed hardware/systems into health monitoring for operational visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, validating, and managing enterprise physical security technology across a large or rapidly growing organization.
  • •Experience deploying security technology across 50+ sites or in a high-growth environment where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential.
  • •Proven ability to build standardized deployment processes, playbooks, and configuration templates that enable others to install independently.
  • •Cross-functional experience working with InfoSec, IT, Networking, and Identity Management to onboard and integrate security applications in enterprise environments.
  • •Comfort deploying with IP networking fundamentals (including VLANs and PoE) and supporting SSO integration and InfoSec review workflows.
