Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist manufacturing technicians, engineers, and leadership with day-to-day production equipment and process challenges.
  • •Monitor and collect production process data and perform statistical analysis to assess performance.
  • •Execute planned process experiments, then collect, analyze, and report experimental results.
  • •Identify and implement product performance improvements and maintain understanding of area processes, equipment, and support systems.
  • •Create training on the classroom and production floor and develop or update documentation such as process work instructions and control plans.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 22 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required.
  • •Pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Safety mindset for working in a manufacturing factory.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • •Competent in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
