Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver active support and advice to customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance departments and keep up with beauty trends on the sales floor.
  • •Live the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing) and build customer relationships at eye level.
  • •Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and pass knowledge about products, trends and beauty news to customers.
  • •Develop and share expertise with the team and conduct beauty classes and trainings.
  • •Ensure optimal product presentation, merchandising updates, inventories, and general daily operations on the sales floor.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months).
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department.

  • •Fluent in English or native language of the country.
