Job Summary

Lead SAP BASIS delivery for the Mexican market, owning full life-cycle SAP implementations and migrations across hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes. Provide expert support for NetWeaver and SAP Business Suite, administer SAP HANA databases (including upgrades, performance, and operations), and manage OS/DB/platform/cloud migrations. Coordinate integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems, support S/4HANA conversions and upgrades, and deliver technical guidance and continuous improvement to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP BASIS delivery across implementations, upgrades, conversions, and migrations using recognized methodology.
•Manage OS/DB/platform/cloud migrations and support Public/Private cloud execution for SAP workloads.
•Provide SAP BASIS and high-level DBA support for HANA, including implementation, upgrade, administration, operations, performance tuning, and backup/restore strategy.
•Install and configure SAP components (S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, CPI, Cloud Connector, Solution Manager, Data Hub) on public cloud IaaS platforms.
•Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems, lead customer delivery meetings, and present complex technical content to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC BASIS experience with at least one full life-cycle SAP implementation.
•Lead solution discussions with business and IT personnel and drive customer delivery/continuous improvement.
•Design and develop interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems and support end-to-end process understanding.
•Administer SAP Business Suite and NetWeaver stack, including BASIS tasks such as performance management and client/system refreshes.
•Provide DBA and SAP BASIS support for HANA DB plus migrations/upgrades/conversions, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
