Key Responsibilities

•Drive the Life Sciences reward and workforce insights commercial growth strategy across the UK.
•Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and engage new organisations across the sector.
•Lead consulting engagements focused on reward strategy, pay benchmarking, workforce planning, and market intelligence.
•Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and present findings to executive audiences.
•Monitor Life Sciences market trends and create thought leadership, research, and industry events; shape future data and insight offerings with product and operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience developing and growing client relationships within a consulting, professional services or data-led environment.
•Strong understanding of reward, compensation, workforce strategy or broader human capital topics.
•Experience working with or supporting organisations within the Life Sciences sector is highly desirable.
•Commercially minded with a track record of identifying opportunities and generating new business.
•Degree qualified, ideally in a business, scientific, analytical or numerate discipline.
