Job Summary

Maintain up-to-date retail partner store information and serve as the data hub for wholesale performance. Analyze sell-in, sell-out, in-season sell-through, stock, and shipment data, producing weekly/monthly reports and business proposals to support the seasonal business plan. Control sell-through incentive results and budgets, coordinate system/data upload standards, and help run seasonal trade shows with strong process and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the latest store information and centralized, up-to-date store information lists for retail partner departments.
•Analyze sales and operation performance (sell-in/sell-out/sell-through, stock, shipment) and provide regular reports to management.
•Develop business proposals and insights (including promotion/incentive recommendations) to keep seasonal sell-through on track.
•Support budget control for sell-through incentives: analyze products, track effectiveness, finalize results, and collaborate with Finance.
•Coordinate system and operational projects by defining needs, tracking project status, ensuring on-time partner data uploads, documenting SOP/standard operations, and supporting seasonal trade show process control.

Key Requirements

•Own analysis of sales performance data, including sell-in/sell-out/sell-through, stock, and shipment reporting.
•Prepare regular business proposals and insights for the line manager across weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cadences.
•Create and improve data formats/tables to make data more visible and support business opportunities from data.
•Assist with sell-through incentive proposals by analyzing products, tracking incentive effectiveness, and finalizing incentive results with supporting files.
•Coordinate system projects and operational processes to ensure partners upload required data on time and follow SOP.
