Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed and specialized inspections to confirm products meet or exceed customer specifications.
  • •Use inspection equipment, calibrate/maintain it for accuracy and reliability, and document defect data in detailed records.
  • •Review technical drawings and inspect structures to identify and isolate defects in coordination with supervisors and engineering/product stakeholders.
  • •Complete checklists/red tags and ensure written process changes are approved with required certified personnel signatures; verify work is completed to specifications.
  • •Conduct incoming inspections on critical parts, prepare Wisper Defective Material Reports (DMRs) for nonconforming items, and coordinate return authorization with suppliers.
