Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform procurement of materials for MDR business activities in line with company policies and ethical standards.
  • •Interface internally with PMT, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Safety, Accounting, and Warehouse, and externally with vendors.
  • •Execute RFQ and supplier registration processes: review requisitions, issue RFQs, secure compliant offers, and coordinate vendor clarifications.
  • •Conduct commercial bid evaluation and obtain approvals for vendor selection, ensuring compliance with MDR procedures and budget/delivery requirements.
  • •Administer POs end-to-end (placement, revisions, discrepancy resolution), maintain procurement records/audit trail, and support expediting and nonconformance/OS&D resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate.
  • •Approximately 10 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • •Broad knowledge of the procurement process and supplier sourcing/management.
  • •Ability to communicate commercial solutions and concepts to procurement and non-procurement stakeholders.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and experience with Smart Plant Materials and HR systems.
