Job Summary

Senior RF System Analysis Engineer supporting Radar Sensor Systems production and sustainment. The role requires extensive knowledge of RF platforms (AESA), Digital Receiver Exciter (DREX) subassemblies, and RF measurement equipment. You'll develop MATLAB-based analysis tools, perform trade studies to optimize system performance, collaborate with Systems Engineers, identify and mitigate technical risk, and produce technical reports for management and customers. On-site in Plano/McKinney, TX with ~15% travel.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM discipline (Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing RF data, fault isolation, and troubleshooting to WRA/LRU/sub-system level; proficient with RF equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, DMMs).
•Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA).
•Extensive knowledge of Digital Receiver Exciter (DREX) Subassemblies.
•Experience with producing on a production program; experience generating analysis tools using MATLAB.
