Key Responsibilities

•Define the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
•Build a product and strategy reflecting Insider One’s vision and clearly articulate business value to the product team.
•Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market.
•Manage and prioritize product items, own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas, and monitor market needs and competition.
•Define and analyze metrics to measure feature/product performance and customer satisfaction, and propose improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
•B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

•hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
•fluency in English
