Configuration Specialist (UAE National)

Configure, test, and deploy IT solutions for client requirements while serving as a key point of contact for queries and support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. You’ll analyze and interpret data to improve processes, document configurations and resolutions, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-from-Dubai environment.
