Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and evolve the US Patient Services best-in-class strategy and operating model for the RERT business unit.
  • •Oversee the design and ongoing evolution of Patient Services models for launches and existing indications, including using AI and technology to scale the patient experience.
  • •Manage 3rd-party vendor relationships to achieve KPIs and business objectives while ensuring compliance and quality.
  • •Partner cross-functionally across marketing, market access, patient advocacy, legal, compliance, quality, drug safety, IT, training, and other stakeholders to ensure patient support programs and messaging meet patient needs.
  • •Own strategic planning (3-year/1-year), tactical plans, and budget allocation for US RERT Patient Services, including data flow with distribution partners and performance insights/analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field.
  • •15+ years of related experience in the biotechnology industry.
  • •Demonstrated success in patient services leadership positions (significant commercial experience preferred).
  • •Understanding of compliance regulations and guidance for copay and patient assistance programs, including payer benefit interpretation.
  • •Prior experience managing people, plus exceptional communication and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
