Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, delivering structural design solutions from bids and concept through detailed design, construction support, and technical assurance. •Deliver structural design solutions for complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects with multidisciplinary teams.
•Serve as hands-on technical lead across the project lifecycle from bids and concept design to detailed design and construction support.
•Support successful delivery by balancing technical quality, programme, and budget using engineering judgement.
•Advise clients and project teams and build trusted relationships to drive high-quality outcomes.
•Mentor and support developing engineers while contributing to business development through proposals and opportunity identification.

Key Requirements

•Relevant tertiary qualifications.
•Proven experience in structural engineering, ideally within the water industry.
•Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineering teams.

•Chartered (CPEng/RPEQ) registration is highly regarded.
