Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead large-scale data center development projects from site identification and acquisition through development, entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and readiness for construction. Serve as the primary client representative and trusted advisor, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and governance while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Support feasibility studies, zoning/entitlement, permitting strategies, and value engineering, and provide oversight during construction and commissioning through handover to operations.
