Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Financial Center daily operations and oversee teller-line servicing functions.
  • •Drive profitability by ensuring day-to-day service and sales activity compliance and motivating staff to achieve sales and balance sheet growth.
  • •Maintain operational administration and transaction accuracy while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and internal audits.
  • •Coach and manage associates, including hiring-related decisions, performance review, and corrective actions.
