  • •Own mission development plans for assigned missions, breaking work into committed packages and driving completion against launch-anchored deadlines.
  • •Manage the customer offering portfolio by maintaining the capability catalog, identifying deltas for upcoming missions, and driving capability development.
  • •Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to deliver customer value by ensuring required capabilities, plans, and tooling are in place.
  • •Connect Customer Delivery to Loft’s product organization by representing operational/customer constraints and managing deployment of new features into operational use.
  • •Drive cross-functional coordination and status clarity by running internal reviews and reporting progress, risks, and blockers to keep leadership and customers aligned.

Key Requirements

  • •~8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
  • •~3 years as an Engineering Program Manager or Product-focused Technical Program Manager, leading cross-functional programs from definition through ship.
  • •Experience deploying products into production/operational environments, including release readiness, dependency management, and post-deployment quality.
  • •Experience working with external customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • •Exceptional technical aptitude and communication skills for engineering deep dives and executive summaries, while coordinating multiple parallel workstreams.
