HME Field Maintenance Specialist

Provide hands-on technical maintenance support for the HME fleet, including troubleshooting, repair, and optimization. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, support preventative/predictive/condition-based maintenance, and perform inspections to assess asset condition. Use maintenance and reliability data to drive continuous improvement, participate in root-cause failure analysis, and ensure work complies with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
