Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and WBS; track milestones and sequencing of civil and interior activities.
  • •Conduct feasibility and site readiness assessments and develop method statements for civil and interior works.
  • •Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil finishes and ensure design development alignment including shop drawings and GFC drawings.
  • •Supervise civil and interior execution (e.g., flooring, waterproofing, joinery, partitions, finishes) while maintaining sample approvals, mock-ups, and snag lists.
  • •Enforce EHS and documentation compliance (PPE, toolbox talks, risk assessments, statutory approvals), conduct inspections, manage commissioning where applicable, and support handover close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a Diploma with strong experience.
  • •10+ years delivering civil & interior projects across commercial office, retail, hospitality, or high-end residential.
  • •Hands-on site leadership to oversee structural alterations and interior fit-out execution.
  • •Strong stakeholder communication with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to run progress reviews and resolve site conflicts.
  • •Experience coordinating civil finishes and MEP interfaces (e.g., HVAC, electrical/lighting, plumbing, fire safety) and reviewing shop drawings.
