Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations of a customer-facing ALSO retail store in/around Seattle, driving sales performance and creating an exceptional in-store experience. Supervise, coach, and schedule Sales Associates; serve as on-site leader when the Market Manager is absent; onboard new hires; and convert foot traffic into qualified leads through product demos and test rides. Oversee store opening/closing, inventory and merchandising, demo fleet readiness, and safety/compliance while engaging the local community and sharing floor insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, coach, and schedule Sales Associates to keep the store fully staffed and running smoothly.
•Act as on-site leader in the Market Manager’s absence, handling staffing, customer issues, and daily priorities.
•Deliver retail customer experiences including product demos and test rides, guiding customers from interest through purchase.
•Oversee daily opening/closing, ensure the store is clean and on-brand, and manage inventory tracking, cycle counts, and merchandising standards.
•Enforce operational, safety, and compliance processes and maintain accurate records for test rides and vehicle handling.

•Comfortable working weekends and peak hours in a fast-paced environment.
•21+ with a valid U.S. driver's license, 3+ years of driving experience, and ability to pass a background and motor vehicle check.
