Key Responsibilities

  • •Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency to achieve Airwallex’s short & long-term goals
  • •Maintain and update existing reports, models and dashboards for regular financial reporting to stakeholders
  • •Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data, providing insights and reports on areas of concern to business partners
  • •Collaborate with stakeholder and business partners to conduct in-depth financial analysis to manage costs, identify optimisation opportunities and evaluate division profitability
  • •Support ongoing enhancement of AWX management reporting system

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent advanced finance qualification preferred
  • •Sound knowledge of financial analysis and planning, especially in budgeting, forecasting, cost allocations, accounting principles and developing financial models
  • •Prior experience or understanding of financial services and fintech businesses is a plus
  • •Strong attention to detail, analytical in nature, with ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights
  • •Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools. Experience with SQL, data visualisation tools, financial software and management reporting systems will be advantageous
