Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with Card Members via inbound telephone interactions to understand financial hardship and determine appropriate solutions.
  • •Provide consultative, customized financial relief options, including more affordable monthly payment arrangements where eligible.
  • •Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and ownership to build meaningful relationships and resolve concerns.
  • •Use negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve sustainable outcomes for both the Card Member and American Express.
