Job Summary

Lead client support for Addepar’s Alternatives Data Management (ADM) solution, combining player-coach execution with strategic oversight post-implementation. Own casework and serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk ADM issues to drive timely resolution, strong CSAT, and low escalations/backlogs. Improve team and cross-functional processes as ADM grows, develop training/operating procedures, and mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a player-coach handling ADM client inquiries while mentoring team members.
•Oversee casework to ensure timely and accurate client responses.
•Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk client issues and drive resolution.
•Drive support OKRs including CSAT, escalation rate, backlogs, and average time to resolution.
•Improve processes, develop training and operating procedures, and assist with analysts’ career planning.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in financial services, technology, consulting, or relevant client-facing roles.
•Strong familiarity with alternative investment data and its operational nuances.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
•Proven ability to mentor and act as an adviser and escalation point while working cross-functionally.
•Experience using or supporting the Addepar platform is a strong plus.
