Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, and milestone delivery in a remote-first setting.
  • •Comfort with complex, multi-module SaaS systems, including shared configuration, data models, analytics, conditional logic, and relational data (Ashby knowledge is a plus).
  • •Strong customer centricity: develop tailored implementation plans, maintain high engagement, and act as a proactive guide/advocate throughout the implementation.
