Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate the creation and delivery of investments by the delivery stream; partner with business, engineering, product and architecture leadership to ensure delivery of investment results within cost and time constraints; drive governance for roadmap alignment and trade-offs; establish and maintain operations supporting a continuous planning and rolling forecast cycle; assess, own and communicate risks and dependencies across delivery streams and portfolios; remove impediments to finish the work.
•Evolve the adaptability of the delivery stream by shaping value delivery and driving full utilization of an information architecture that enables scaled agility; coach senior leaders to communicate, identify root causes, and align priorities.
•Maintain investment hygiene and ensure reliable, meaningful information; drive metrics to assess risks and drive prioritization; identify solutions addressing root causes and trade-offs; optimize delivery through process improvements and broad adoption.
•Staff the release train engineer and scrum master roles; manage performance and ensure right role/right level alignment; address performance issues swiftly.
•Lead AI adoption, communicate real business value/ROI while adhering to AI policies; use AI-powered insights to analyze investments and team performance to improve delivery speed and adaptability.

Salary: USD 148,500 - 247,500 annually
