Account Technologist III (E3)

Own the customer technology success by managing installed-base and new-product application performance for productivity and leading-edge technology. Define and implement processes and applications aligned to customer requirements, maintain process roadmap knowledge, and manage technology/product roadmaps internally and externally. Drive continuous improvement, lead new system evaluations, support installation and warranty performance, and train local support resources to meet CPS and “best known” outcomes.
