Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and maintain a clean driving record.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and comply with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Maintain availability for rotating shifts (7 days/week) as scheduling needs require.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions, including occasional extreme weather.

•Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, plus the ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
•Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license; complete a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
