Job Summary

Lead and control the full portfolio of Capex and Non-Capex projects for the Ras Al Khaimah Technical Operations. Own PMO governance frameworks (lifecycle templates, KPIs, reporting cadence, risk management), deliver executive dashboards, and coordinate feasibility, cost estimates, ROI, and business cases. Monitor delivery performance, escalate risks, ensure pharmaceutical compliance (GMP, validation, QA, Procurement, EHS), and align cross-functionally across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and R&D while mentoring the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the full project portfolio (Capex and Non-Capex) for Ras Al Khaimah value streams, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery in line with GMP, Safety, and Engineering requirements.
•Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks (templates, KPIs, reporting cadence, risk management), and provide executive-level dashboards and reports.
•Coordinate feasibility assessments, cost estimates, ROI, business cases, and capex justifications with Finance and cross-functional departments.
•Monitor project performance through dashboards, milestone tracking, and regular reviews; proactively escalate risks and deviations.
•Ensure end-to-end compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards and anti-bribery/anti-corruption standards (including GMP, EHS, validation, QA, Procurement) and act as a point of contact in GxP inspection if required.
