Job Summary

Support Salesforce Legal Shared Services by executing legal operations tasks for the Mexico City team, including contract workflow intake-to-execution, first-point internal contract questions, and contract record issue resolution for deal closure. Assist with processing and drafting standard commercial agreements and manage privacy requests and DSARs end-to-end. Troubleshoot and archive agreements in Salesforce CRM, maintain quality and SOX-compliant records, and identify process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute diverse daily legal support operational tasks across the team’s portfolio with consistent delivery and quality.
•Serve as first point of contact for internal contract questions and escalate to attorneys when legal judgment is required.
•Track and manage contract workflows from intake to execution.
•Assist with review, processing, and drafting of standard commercial agreements using established playbooks and forms.
•Process privacy requests and DSARs end-to-end, and troubleshoot and archive legal contract records in Salesforce CRM while ensuring SOX compliance.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in a legal, operations, or professional services environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•High attention to detail with accurate, quality output.
•Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple work types and shifting priorities.
•Proficiency in Salesforce (or ability to become proficient quickly) and Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
