Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Relationship Management teams to help clients grow, manage, and protect wealth by understanding their unique needs.
  • •Collaborate with different teams to learn how everyday banking and long-term financial planning support customers.
  • •Learn the product suite (accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management) and how it’s designed, marketed, and protected.
  • •Use digital tools to track conversations, manage relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • •Apply knowledge of laws and regulations for international clients while suggesting compliant financial solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
