Job Summary

Engage directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers in Dixon, Nebraska to drive on-the-farm sales. Present CHS crop protection, crop nutrients, seed products, and essential services through consultative conversations, customer presentations, and bids/proposals. Build and manage customer lists and relationships, monitor market and industry trends, and support co-op representation while following all safety policies and promoting a strong safety culture. Training includes product, CHS sales, and CRM computer training.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales, identifying opportunities to provide consultative services.
•Develop customer lists, call on current and prospective customers, and build relationships while promoting CHS products.
•Prepare basic and assist with moderate to complex bids and proposals, and develop or participate in straightforward customer presentations.
•Obtain information on market and industry trends, competitors, and sales programs to support sales efforts.
•Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by following safety policies and identifying workplace hazards.

Key Requirements
