Key Responsibilities

  • •Align and execute the quality strategy by setting section team goals and ensuring attainment.
  • •Lead daily product quality engineering activities, including inspection and supplier quality items where applicable.
  • •Review and address customer complaints with immediate corrective action, serving as the customer representative and voice of the customer.
  • •Develop and streamline quality processes across regional and plant-level focus, implementing and improving quality system procedures.
  • •Lead and motivate the team to drive local quality initiatives (e.g., productivity and NPD projects), promote TQM culture through training/recognition, and coach team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • •Minimum six years of experience in quality system practice with air-conditioning industry experience.
  • •Knowledge of GB, ASME, and PED standards (plus).
  • •At least three years in a management position of quality in an international mechanical company.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English; familiarity with refrigerant systems.
