Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect associates, customers, and vehicles by monitoring live cameras, reviewing footage, and investigating intrusion alerts.
  • •Run point at the gate using the Safe & Secure App and RFID technology to enforce ingress/egress procedures.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through inspection center entrance and exit gates.
  • •De-escalate situations and act decisively using emergency protocols during incidents.
