Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap, starting with routing/managing orders to the right DFM engineer and scaling into an AI-driven workbench.
  • •Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single structured record for order requirements, used by staff and viewed by Buyers and Partners via role-specific views.
  • •Partner with data science and ML engineering to improve manufacturability models, including 3D geometry analysis and evaluation of Visual/3D language models.
  • •Define and track key metrics (e.g., DFM handle time, sign-off latency, pre-job capture gaps, RMA rate, regional rework) to prioritize the roadmap.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing, Order Systems, Quality, and DFM engineers/case managers and presenting strategy/ROI to leadership.
