Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer confidence by delivering account-wide technical outcomes through systematic engagement, deep discovery, and shared objective roadmaps.
  • •Serve as an expert resource for running MongoDB at scale, resolving questions and demonstrating solutions across architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
  • •Proactively anticipate and preempt customer needs and issues in complex environments, navigating shared or ambiguous responsibilities between MongoDB and the customer.
  • •Collaborate with product and internal teams to understand new requirements, manage expectations, and surface opportunities for future development.
  • •Mentor and ramp new team members and take initiatives to build knowledge of new product lines within the MongoDB ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience and the ability to combine formal education with self-teaching.
  • •Strong communication and account leadership to engage technical leaders and align internal stakeholders during critical or escalated situations.
  • •Comfort solving complex, real-time production problems with calm, authoritative technical leadership.
  • •Experience building, maintaining, tuning, and troubleshooting mission-critical production database systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; bonus points for experience using or managing MongoDB.
