Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-impact strategic projects end-to-end - defining the problem, structuring the analytical approach, managing workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and synthesizing findings into executive recommendations
•Drive mobilization and execution of strategic initiatives - developing implementation roadmaps, defining ownership and governance, and setting up review cadences for decision points
•Conduct competitive intelligence and peer benchmarking - analyze peer strategy, financial performance, and market positioning to sharpen Citizens' narrative
•Identify and advance opportunities to embed GenAI/AgenticAI capabilities as a strategic accelerator
•Mentor and develop junior team members - provide guidance on problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking

Key Requirements
