Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain license agreements and support contract negotiations.
  • •Ensure compliance and reduce risk related to software licensing through the PLM Licensing MCR process, including audits and recommendations.
  • •Create ELPs, maintain licensed product inventory, and gather software data for global visibility and optimization.
  • •Review and coordinate approvals for new licenses and renewals, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • •Coordinate with business/product owners, PLM teams, vendors, and EUC managers globally to plan renewals, fulfill new demands, and optimize licensing strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering/business-related graduate with 4-8 years of overall experience and 3-6 years of hands-on experience in license server management and access management.
  • •2-4 years of business process analysis and experience working in a product delivery lifecycle.
  • •Mandatory experience with software asset management (SAM), IT asset management (ITAM), or software purchasing for large organizations/resellers.
  • •Mandatory experience with risk & compliance for software licensing and contract management/negotiation.
  • •Strong analytical/numerical skills to build financial models, KPIs/metrics, and present results at senior level; good spreadsheet skills (G-suite/Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
