Job Summary

Own one or more 300mm diffusion module toolsets in Intel’s Ocotillo Technology Fabrication. Drive ramp and sustaining activities including safety/cleanliness, control chart and output review, excursion-free performance, and Model of Record availability. Lead new technology tool installations, conversions, and qualifications, develop and sustain process control, run experiments, and use statistics and structured problem-solving to improve yield, reliability, cycle time, defectivity, and manufacturability. Provide factory start-up and transfer support.

Key Responsibilities

•Own all aspects of one or more factory 300mm diffusion module toolsets, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
•Review control charts and tool output daily to ensure toolsets and layers remain excursion free; deliver Model of Record (MOR) availability and 100% matching.
•Lead tool installations, conversions, and qualifications for new technology start-ups; sustain matching performance.
•Define and establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration; select and develop materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity, and manufacturability goals.
•Establish process control systems and drive continuous improvement using experiments and statistical/problem-solving tools; support factory transfers and new start-up installs/qualifications.

Salary: USD 89,010 - 170,630 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related engineering STEM field with 3+ years of experience OR master’s degree with 1+ years of experience.
•Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
•Semiconductor fabrication experience sustaining semiconductor manufacturing toolsets (3+ years preferred).
•Direct diffusion/implant module experience managing semiconductor equipment.
•Proven track record with defectivity and availability improvements.
