Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of one or more factory 300mm diffusion module toolsets, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
  • •Review control charts and tool output daily to ensure toolsets and layers remain excursion free; deliver Model of Record (MOR) availability and 100% matching.
  • •Lead tool installations, conversions, and qualifications for new technology start-ups; sustain matching performance.
  • •Define and establish flow, procedures, and equipment configuration; select and develop materials and equipment to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity, and manufacturability goals.
  • •Establish process control systems and drive continuous improvement using experiments and statistical/problem-solving tools; support factory transfers and new start-up installs/qualifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or related engineering STEM field with 3+ years of experience OR master’s degree with 1+ years of experience.
  • •Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfers.
  • •Semiconductor fabrication experience sustaining semiconductor manufacturing toolsets (3+ years preferred).
  • •Direct diffusion/implant module experience managing semiconductor equipment.
