Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of the Business Support Team to internal and external customers.
  • •Coordinate meetings and maintain/resolve administrative tasks, documenting minutes with decisions and action items.
  • •Support coordination and delivery of contracted events, ensuring logistical and administrative requirements are met.
  • •Coordinate new starter inductions by ensuring resources, access, and information are available for onboarding.
  • •Handle incoming communications (emails/phone calls), support visitors on site, manage office supplies, and compile data/reporting as required.
