Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet regional business requirements, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • •Lead and coordinate daily activities and manage a team of non-exempt individual contributors.
  • •Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • •Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction, including expense monitoring and capital expenditures.
  • •Oversee inventory control and management (materials, components, and finished products) and prepare reports on KPIs/manufacturing metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
  • •2-4 years of job-related experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • •0-2 years of management experience, ideally supporting team leadership in operations.
  • •Demonstrated competence in quality assurance/quality improvement and process improvement.
  • •Experience supporting inventory control and manufacturing metrics (KPIs) and reporting.
