Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a positive first impression by maintaining appropriate appearance and keeping the exterior/entry areas and dining room clean and inviting.
  • •Greet guests promptly at the front counter/drive-thru and follow S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You).
  • •Prepare products according to standards, use the order monitor to ensure accuracy, and communicate product needs for availability.
  • •Handle payments accurately by receiving cash/cards/vouchers, issuing receipts/refunds/change, and counting the cash till at shift start.
  • •Follow health & safety requirements, sanitation guidelines, and record temperature checks as required.

  • •Provides consistent guest service with friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge.
  • •Follows guaranteed freshness and always-accurate procedures for coffee and products.
  • •Ensures order accuracy using proper procedures and training materials.
