Yard Associate

Maintain daily yard operations to ensure safe, organized equipment handling and an excellent customer experience. Manage yard inventory control including staging, loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and transfers, ensuring accurate, timely deliveries. Keep the yard clean and hazard-free through inspections and basic maintenance/repairs, complete safety training, communicate issues to the Store Manager, and assist with other tasks as assigned. Work a Mon–Fri daytime schedule with overtime after 40 hours.
