Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers during project “Think and Build” phases.
  • •Create and maintain technical project documentation including high/low-level design, method of procedure, test plans, configuration templates, and scripts.
  • •Provision, customize, and verify Fortinet configurations based on recommended and approved designs.
  • •Test Fortinet solutions and verify system behavior, including interoperability/integration testing with interacting devices.
  • •Recommend and implement Fortinet best practices; resolve and/or escalate technical issues and deliver knowledge transfer to client staff.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN and network security products.
  • •Design and implement SD-WAN solutions and Fortinet product families including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
  • •Experience with complex routing/WAN environments requiring BGP and OSFP.
  • •Hands-on experience maintaining, deploying, or designing MPLS networks—specifically L3 VPN.
  • •Experience implementing cybersecurity solutions in OT environments (e.g., industrial equipment, SCADA, HVAC, PLCs, or DCS).
