Key Responsibilities

  • •Support network and connectivity for lab instrumentation and automation equipment, including integrating devices onto secure segmented networks.
  • •Troubleshoot connectivity and data-flow issues between instruments, automation systems, and the cloud data platform in partnership with Platform/Automation and the Cloud Architect.
  • •Maintain identity and access management, endpoint provisioning, and helpdesk support across company sites.
  • •Maintain core infrastructure including networking, servers, cloud accounts, backups, and security tooling, coordinating with the Cloud Architect.
  • •Provide on-call support for critical IT/OT issues, including lab-impacting outages outside normal business hours.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related role, including OT experience with industrial or lab device networking or hardware integration.
  • •Solid grounding in networking, identity and access management, and endpoint management.
  • •Experience operating in environments where processes are still being built rather than followed.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills for hands-on system and connectivity issues.
  • •Ability to work on-site consistently and be physically present for lab and equipment troubleshooting.
