Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload trucks and rail cars.
  • •Move material and products between storage and work areas as required.
  • •Break packs to correct size and label materials before loading onto trucks or rail cars.
  • •Provide general preventive maintenance and complete pre-shift startup equipment checklists, reporting issues.
  • •Maintain the yard (organized and clean) and complete required paperwork; empty trash and wood hoppers.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Successfully complete the Forklift Driver licensing process.
  • •Have minimum 9th-grade basic education; high school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • •Prefer 6 months to 1 year of experience driving a forklift or operating similar equipment.
  • •Have a working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques preferred.
